Tim is the director of Edenz and HR manager. His role is to provide leadership and encouragement to the administration team.
He founded Edenz Colleges in 1987. Thirty years associated with education provided the professional background and skills to develop a successful school. He is currently President of Three Kings United Football Club, the country`s largest sports club.
He enjoys meeting people and family life with three grown children. Actively involved in church and regular competitive squash keeps him alert and fit. He also follows sports and relaxes with reading, meeting people and the occasional movies. |

Bruce is Principal of Edenz, Head of Marketing and Quality Assurance. He specializes in course development and managing the educational programs as well as marketing our four colleges.
Bruce`s background is in education, having taught previously in the secondary sector for 15 years in New Zealand and the UK, before founding his own business which he ran for 15 years.
Bruce has two adult children, and one grandson, and enjoys playing social tennis, reading, gardening, and horse racing. |

Vivian is the Financial Manager of Edenz and a senior member of the management team.
After 14 years working in China in accounting related positions, and running her own very successful business, Vivian and her husband decided, for lifestyle reasons, to settle in New Zealand in 2004.
Vivian has a young school age daughter. She really enjoys the quiet and relaxing life in New Zealand. She likes reading, travelling and family activities. |

Imran`s main focus at Edenz is as an assistant to the Financial Manager. His other roles are as our South Asian Marketer.
He completed his accounting degree in 2009 and his job has now grown from part time to full time staff.
Imran enjoys playing and following Cricket, as well as playing Soccer and Table Tennis. He also likes to stay fit, so tries to go regularly to the gym. |

Jeffery is a Network Support Technician in our Edenz IT department. His role is to identify and troubleshoot network problems for system users and correct malfunctions or breakdowns promptly. He manages and maintains Edenz Local Area Network to ensure that the network infrastructure is functioning efficiently, and that there are no breaches in the security system.
In his spare time, he enjoys socializing with friends, watching movies and travelling. He loves sports in general, especially basketball! He is also seriously crazy about cooking and reading Arts magazines!!! |

Melanie is in charge of the school Reception and coordinates the welcome for visitors and new student arrivals. She arranges the homestay placements and visits prospective families. Melanie is also tutor for the TECSOL (Young Learners) training course.
Several years experienced in secretarial positions, and primary teaching were the background before joining Edenz in 2001.

Gabriela Berto works at Edenz Reception in the evenings from 5 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. She helps students in many ways, such as courses, visas and so on. She was an English teacher in Brazil, teaching in a private English School in Rio Grande do Sul and some private classes as well. She also did some volunteer work at Sao Lucas Hospital being a storyteller for children who had cancer. Some of her hobbies are to spend time with friends, reading and travelling. She interested in visiting new places and meeting new people. In her free time, she enjoys reading books related not only to teaching and learning a foreign language, but also literature and the classics.

Doris is the Principal of Edenz Tauranga Campus. She set up the campus from scratch and is responsible for its smooth running in line with Edenz Auckland Campus, and some ESOL teaching.
Originally from Austria, she came to New Zealand in 2001 after having lived in Ireland for 15 years. She spent 7 years teaching at University College Cork. She also successfully ran her own translation company.
She loves travelling, dancing, and meeting people from different cultures. She is the secretary of Greerton Swim Club, an avid supporter of her daughter’s swimming career and spends a lot of time in pools. |

Before working for a Japanese agent and a language school in Auckland, Misako has worked for World News in London and Tokyo, and studied Business in Paris with her Master of Business Administration under her belt. She has been to more than 20 cities in the whole world in order to broaden her views on cultural diversity. Misako has also taught English to children in Tokyo, and helped an educational business between Australia and Japan.
Her interests are mainly focused on learning about kiwi culture, as well as reading books with her son. |

During this time, She has taught a huge range of nationalities, in all levels of General English, Conversation, Business English and IELTS. Prior to teaching, She worked as Personnel Assistant/Secretary within various industries - Medical, Sales/Marketing and also Personnel. Her interests are learning languages and especially trying to maintain her French language skills. She enjoys ballroom, rock n roll and ceroc dancing. Sue emigrated to NZ after an amazing journey via Russia, Mongolia and China on the Trans Siberian Express, an experience she would recommend to everybody. It really makes you practice your languages and they met so many interesting people and had a lot of fun!
After a successful career in business she retrained 10 years ago and became a teacher at High School, working in some very challenging schools in the UK. Despite working full time she continued to study and is just about to complete a Masters Degree in Education, where her focus is on educational disadvantage through cultural, economic and social factors. She also has to write a dissertation on 19th Century Literature to complete a Masters in English Literature.
She has a partner, Philip, who works in the defence industry and will be working with the New Zealand Air Force. They have recently adopted a dog, Milo, from a rescue centre in Takoro. She has two grown up children, Lara and Ben. Lara works in education in Wales and Ben is a Lieutenant in the British Royal Navy.
Outside work Sue sang with an internationally renowned choir in the UK and toured with them. This is a passion of her and she has already applied to audition for Bach Musica NZ. She also enjoys the outdoor life. |

Melanie is in charge of the school Reception and coordinates the welcome for visitors and new student arrivals. She arranges the homestay placements and visits prospective families. She is also tutor for the (Young Learners) TECSOL training course.
Several years experienced in secretarial positions, and primary teaching were the background before joining Edenz in 2003. Melanie enjoys relaxing with friends and developing her skills in quilt making. |

Cathy is Edenz TESOL Administrator.
She has completed the Trinity TESOL Certificate here at Edenz! She would love to take her experience and head overseas, specifically South America to teach and immerse herself in their culture.
In her spare time, she enjoys fishing, running, surfing (loves the outdoors) and socializing with friends. She also enjoys a variety of music, going to concerts and curling up with a good book. |

Alistair is Head of the Business College, and all of the overseas Business programmes. Alistair’s background has previously been in Horticulture (6 years) and Banking & Finance (13 years) including 3 years in Papua New Guinea. The last 10 years have been in Secondary and Tertiary Education in Indonesia. Alistair has two grown children, and is enjoying being back in New Zealand. Interests are swimming, trekking, Rotary International and Toastmasters International. |

At Edenz Cheng teaches Business and Human Resource Management. He has over 20 years of experience working in Human Resources.
Cheng started as a Trainee in HR in 1980, and eventually worked as a Regional HR Manager with American companies till 2001. He moved into a teaching career in 2002. He worked as a lecturer at University of Waikato, also at Zhejiang University City College in Hangzhou, China.
From 1991 to 2002 Cheng taught programs for University of Bradford (UK), University of Newcastle (Australia) and Curtin University (Australia) in Singapore.
Cheng likes fishing, tennis and golf. He is also interested in boat building. |

Karren has been teaching NZ Diploma in Business for the past ten years. Her primary teaching subjects matter is in the areas of Accounting and Finance, she has also taught Marketing and Management extensively.
At Edenz, Karren has been involved in the development of the MYOB Certificate and Diploma. This is an Edenz Colleges initiative run in conjunction with MYOB and has proven to be very popular for those students with an interest in Accounting and Administration of business entities. Karren’s previous work involved working for a Merchant Bank, NZ Chartered Accounting experience and Public Relations work. Karren maintains a keen interest in the NZ financial markets and general business economy.
Karren has a keen interest in all sports and has played Hockey and Cricket at a Representative level. However, now limited to being a supporter only, she is a regular fixture at many Auckland and New Zealand Cricket matches played throughout the country. |

Kit is a lecturer in our Business Department, and designer. She teaches digital media papers for the e-Business Diploma course, and gives student support on job searching. She specialises in multimedia and is responsible for redesigning the promotional materials, and website for school.
Kit graduated from the University of Auckland with 2 Bachelor Degrees in Architecture with honors. She is also a qualified barista and qualified workplace first aider.
Outside the school, she tries her hard at many things. She loves photography, traveling, and outdoor activities, such as golf and snowboarding. |

Victoria teaches Business Diploma subjects at Edenz, particularly International Marketing.
Victoria is also the Executive director of Polish Ltd a Personal Branding, formal presentation, interview technique and media skills company.
Victoria was an Equity analyst on both the Buy and Sell side in NZ, the UK and Australia. Most recently she maintained a position as a Senior Associate at Perpetual Trust, a Corporate Trust, expanding her business background to include Law, and Securities Law.
As a Director of Polish, she is now employed to run corporate in house training for institutions to help motivate and develop front line teams; as well as individual clients.
When not working she has a healthy interest in the Arts, Opera and Film. She is currently studying Italian and hopes to one day have the opportunity to live and work in Italy. |

Ken is a Business Studies tutor that has spent many years teaching a range of subjects including: Business Management, Accounting, Communication, Professional Development and Economics.
He was born in London, England, and then moved to live in Australia with his family. After successfully running an Insurance brokerage business he became a manager of operations for a major French company. After 20 years in Australia he was transferred to New Zealand to manage the New Zealand operation. Here he also established a business management franchise group. The business management franchise business was sold in 2003 when he moved to Tauranga to develop a new online recruitment system. Ken enjoys good food and reading. He has a keen interest in sport and plays soccer and is also a purple belt karate exponent. He has four children who live in Sydney. |

He is a solicitor of the High Court of Ireland and a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand. He has been practising law for the past 15 years specialising mainly in human rights, immigration and employment law. He has taught Legal Systems at the University of Waikato (Tauranga campus) and is currently practising as a Barrister.
He enjoys drinking beer, cooking and eating nice food, as well as listening to nice music. |

Ash spent his childhood growing up on a sheep and beef farm in the lower North Island of NZ. He studied Business at Massey University in Palmerston North, while running a silvicultural business. In 2004 Ash moved to Auckland to pursue his career, and spent four years working as a production and camera operating contractor in the local film and television industry. He has worked on feature films, TV shows, music videos and commercials. He brings his knowledge and specialist skills to the NZFA, running it as closely as possible to a working production house. |
